Kaupapa o Ngatuhoa Lodge

We seek to provide a unique opportunity for people to connect with and appreciate the beauty of Aotearoa New Zealand’s ngahere (Forest), wildlife, and the rich history of the area. Our vision is to nurture a deep love and understanding of nature and conservation, while offering the facilities, equipment, and setting that foster bush-craft, outdoor pursuits, and integrated learning. By creating meaningful outdoor experiences, we aim to enhance the health and wellbeing of our community, support young people in developing personal and social skills, and responsibly manage the natural environment within the Department of Conservation (DOC) lease area.
